Avevo prenotato lo scarico merci alle 13:15 ma sono arrivato verso le 9:30.
Essendo abbastanza vuoto hanno fatto uno strappo alla regola e mi hanno permesso di scaricare.

Very friendly and kind people!
I had booked the unloading at 1:15 pm but I arrived around 9:30 am.
Being quite empty they made an exception to the rule and allowed me to download.
