★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza col “dottor” Marino. Un’ora e mezza di attesa, pur avendo preso appuntamento, in una sala fredda e scomoda.
La stanza del “dottore” invece è bella calda e ben riscaldata. Ma il punto è che ho atteso inutilmente perché la segretaria si era confusa al momento della prenotazione dicendomi che il “dottore”fosse capace di fare l’esame . In realtà, non è specializzato in quell’esame ma l’ho scoperto dopo la lunga e freddissima attesa. Sono uscita dallo studio con mani e piedi ghiacciati e veramente disgustata dall’atteggiamento del “dottore”, radicato ai tempi passati. Tanta arroganza e insensibilità. Non si è degnato di chiedere scusa. Anzì si è agitato quando ho detto che avevo ricevuto un pessimo servizio. Ha risposto”questo è il servizio che io dò, se non le piace può anche andare” Veramente assurdo!!!
Ho messo una stella , forzata dal sistema che altrimenti non mi faceva pubblicare il commento, ma la mia esperienza col “dottor” Marino non merita nessuna stella.
Bad experience with "Dr." Marino. An hour and a half of waiting, despite having made an appointment, in a cold room and uncomfortable.
The "doctor's" room, on the other hand, is nice warm and well heated. But the point is that I waited in vain because the secretary was confused at the time of booking telling me that the "doctor" was capable of taking the exam. In fact, it is not specialized in that exam, but I found out after the long and very cold waiting. I left the studio with frozen hands and feet and was really disgusted by the attitude of the "doctor", rooted in the past. So much arrogance and insensitivity. He did not deign to apologize. And what it's more freaked when I told him I had bad service. He replied "this is the service I give, if you don't like it you can also go" Really absurd !!!
I put a star, forced by the system that otherwise did not let me post the comment, but my experience with "Dr." Marino does not deserve any star.
