I was treated by Dr. Alessandro Diquigiovanni for a back problem in the lumbar area. Practicing intense sporting activity I lived almost constantly with these problems, but after only 4 sessions, and inserting some postural and motor precautions indicated by him in my daily life, currently my physical condition has clearly improved, especially in the post workout.

I was not in good shape, and I couldn't even lift my arm. He was very intuitive on what to do and made great recommendations for how to take care of my neck at home between visits. While I do speak Italian, it was nice to speak English during the visits - speaking in my native language helped me to feel more relaxed.

Bilingual in English and Italian, so there are no problems with communication, which is amazing! Problems are viewed through a more holistic lens to try and find the best solution to resolve them. Been a fantastic help for more "bodily" complaints like aches, pains and migraines to more "mental" aspects like anxiety and stress. 11/10 would recommend to anyone in need.
