Mi si è spezzato un dente dopo una settimana da quando me lo hanno fatto, ho dovuto aspettare 1 mese per rifarlo in garanzia. Lavoro in garanzia che mi hanno fatto fa pena... Ho contestato il lavoro e il dottore mi ha detto che lo ha fatto così perché costa di meno ?? I don't recommend it. Doctors can't do their job. My tooth broke after a week of getting it done, I had to wait 1 month to get it back under warranty. Work under guarantee that I felt sorry for ... I contested the job and the doctor told me that he did it like this because it costs less ??

Durante il periodo di cura c'è stato solo qualche rinvio di appunti ma nulla di grave. Friendly, helpful. I have been in treatment with several doctors and I have always found myself very well both for professionalism and for the results obtained. Ho visto che molti si sono lamentati di queste ragazze inesperte. Dovrebbero prendere dei provvedimenti prima che molti clienti non ci meterranno più piede. Come farò io.

Ogni volta che gli fissano un appuntamento,il giorno prima lo chiamano sempre per cambiare orario o giorno. Non sono mai puntuali! Si inventano sempre che c e’ un urgenza e deve aspettare sempre minimo un ora. E’ da un anno che per farsi mettere due denti ci sta dietro. Sono incompetenti non professionali e se ne fregano degli impegni lavorativi e personali dei pazienti!!! Non c e’ mai lo stesso dottore, cambiano sempre! My boyfriend has been going there for a year ... he started going for two teeth. Whenever they make an appointment, they always call him the day before to change the time or day. They are never punctual! They always invent that there is an urgency and must always wait at least one hour. He's been following us for a year to get two teeth put on. They are incompetent, unprofessional and do not care about the work and personal commitments of patients !!! There is never the same doctor, they always change!

I dentisti fino ad oggi si sono rivelati all altezza della situazione. La cosa che non si può accettare è quella di dover pagare prima di essere sottoposto alle cure. La cosa più negaitva è l arroganza della reception. Sembrano essere le padrone del mondo. Non solo non sanno usare i computer ma poi non hanno un minimo di educazione. Alla fine resta il fatto che hanno perso altri due clienti. M	MARY DOLFI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo state invitate sia io che la mia famiglia ad una visita di controllo da una ragazza del centro commerciale davvero carina, tuttavia la delusione per non dire altro avviene in clinica. Già all'ingresso una ragazza poco garbata, riccia e mora ci dice che l'igiene gratuita verrà eseguita dopo la prima visita e quest'ultima con dei tempi di attesa lunghi poiche' il dottore era impegnato con delle urgenze. Ci armiamo di coraggio ed attendiamo pazientemente sia io che mia figlia per poi essere seguiti da una ragazza, la consulente per farci sottoscrivere svariate firme per poter fare la visita. Terminata la visita ci viene sbattuto sotto il naso un preventivo di migliaia di euro per poterci curare e quindi proponendoci un finanziamento come nulla fosse, parlando di tassi come se fossimo in banca.... Il bello deve ancora venire, la famosa igiene gratuita dopo 1 mese e mentre ci davano l'appuntamento, altri pazienti si lamentavano degli spostamenti improvvisi del loro appuntamento. Ridicoli e poca professionalità del personale, d'altra parte c'era da aspettarselo nessuno regala niente per niente. Already at the entrance a not very polite, curly and dark-haired girl tells us that the free hygiene will be performed after the first visit and the latter with long waiting times since the doctor was busy with emergencies. We arm ourselves with courage and wait patiently for both my daughter and I to then be followed by a girl, the consultant to get us to sign various signatures to be able to visit. At the end of the visit, an estimate of thousands of euros is thrown under our noses to be able to cure us and then offering us a loan as if nothing had happened, talking about rates as if we were in a bank .... The best is yet to come, the famous free hygiene after 1 month and while they gave us the appointment, other patients complained about the sudden shifts of their appointment. Ridiculous and lack of professionalism of the staff, on the other hand it was to be expected no one gives anything for nothing.

Mi hanno ucciso un dente a costo di 125€ 17/lug/2020, raccontandomi prima delle loro bellissime offerte subito dopo che mi farò il loro abbinamento. assegnandomi ad una praticante poco pratica che non mi ha pulito bene il dente ,finito lavoro in 2 quarti d’ora,con poca cura e menefreghismo. Quando le ho detto che non l’ha definito bene e sento che tocca quello di sotto, mi ha risposto che va bene cosi. Infatti un giorno mi svegliai con un pezzo di quel dente di sotto proprio perché il sigillo definito male ha fatto troppa pressione ,e non è ancora tutto!!! In giro di 6 mesi è diventato marcio dentro il dente sigillato e ha cominciato a spezzarsi ,di conseguenza sono dovuto ritornare da un dentista VERO. Cui mi ha spiegato che se aspettavo gli altri 2-3 mesi rischiavo di rimanere senza un dente a 25 anni! Un altro medico DEGNO di chiamarsi dentista si è preso paura quando ha visto quello che ha trovato dentro. Definendolo “un cestino di rusco”. Non capisco come si può trattare così la salute dei propri clienti. Vergognatevi di definirvi Dottori figli D…………… They are not doctors, but mere scammers. Cui explained to me that if I waited the other 2-3 months I risked being without a tooth at 25! Another doctor WORTHY to call himself a dentist got scared when he saw what he found inside. Calling it "a rusco basket". I don't understand how one can treat the health of one's clients like this. Shame on you to call yourself Doctors children D ...............
E	Elisabetta M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto questa clinica perché si era rotto un molare già ricostruito da un altro dentista anni fa…mi hanno fatto andare subito in urgenza dove mi hanno visitata, fatto fare direttamente lì la panoramica e tolto la parte pericolosa rimasta attaccata. Ho iniziato così qualche giorno dopo le cure per estrarre la radice, fare l’impianto e tutto il resto che c’era da fare. Preventivo chiaro e dettagliato a prestazione, prezzi onesti e possibilità di pagare a rate. Sono contenta e molto soddisfatta. Inoltre lavorando in ospedale su turni, la possibilità di andare anche la domenica è stata molto comoda. Ogni dottore ha la sua specializzazione e ognuno si è preso cura di me senza fretta e con pazienza. Devo fare i complimenti ai dottori che si sono occupati prima dell’estrazione e poi dell’impianto vista la diffilcoltá di dover operare su una persona con sindrome di Menière e mandibola bloccata per altra patologia.
