★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 1 Stella perché non mi è possibile metterne meno..... non sto qui a giudicare se sia o meno bravo nel suo lavoro ma il suo approccio al paziente non è stato dei migliori nel mio caso.
Ritengo che chi lavora in questo settore debba avere una certa empatia con il paziente.... come dire che la teoria la acquisisce chiunque ma è la passione che fa la differenza.
Dietro una gentilezza del tutto artefatta ho trovato una persona incapace di stabilire un contatto... non interessato a comprendere le risposte date ma concentrato solo sul voler "inculcare" le proprie opinioni....
Si ricordi dottore che siamo persone ,ognuno con problemi diversi, tutti in eguale modo importanti.... non siamo stupidi o incapaci di "capire" ....
Inoltre chi usufruisce del servizio Asl non si deve accontentare,come lei invece sostiene perché è con i nostri ticket e le nostre tasse che viene garantito lo stipendio di un dirigente medico Asl.

 I put 1 star because it is not possible for me to put less ..... I am not here to judge whether or not he is good at his job but his approach to the patient was not the best in my case.
I believe that those who work in this sector should have a certain empathy with the patient .... as if to say that anyone acquires the theory but it is the passion that makes the difference.
Behind a completely artificial kindness I found a person unable to establish contact ... not interested in understanding the answers given but focused only on wanting to "inculcate" their opinions ....
Remember doctor that we are people, each with different problems, all equally important .... we are not stupid or unable to "understand" ....
Furthermore, those who use the Asl service must not be satisfied, as you instead argue because it is with our tickets and our taxes that the salary of an Asl medical manager is guaranteed.
