★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo avuto l'esperienza di accompagnare un parente presso il reparto di radiologia dell'ospedale Maria Maternó Arezzo di Ragusa Ibla, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accolti dal dottore Andrea Boncoraglio. Un approccio, quello di questo giovane ma esperiente medico, stupefacente... verso l'utenza, sia con il paziente che con l'eventuale accompagnatore, i quali -vivendo lo stato di cattiva salute, sebbene in modo differente- sono in regressione psicoligica, pertanto estremamente fragili e vulnerabili alle malattie iatrogene, che possono essere causate anche da un inadeguato rapporto medico-paziente.
Ebbene, il dottore Boncoraglio, si pone fin dal momento della prenotazione in una relazione d'aiuto caratterizzata da accoglienza, disponibilitá, pazienza e competenza. In definitiva, per quello che ho percepito, posso affermare che il dottore Boncoraglio non è un impiegato, ma è un vero professionista al servizio della persona-utente.
Rivolgo un ringraziamento a lui ed a tutti i suoi collaboratori.
 Having had the experience of accompanying a relative to the radiology department of the Maria Maternó Arezzo hospital in Ragusa Ibla, we were lucky enough to be welcomed by doctor Andrea Boncoraglio. An amazing approach, that of this young but experienced doctor, towards the user, both with the patient and with the possible companion, who - living the state of ill health, although in a different way - are in psychological regression , therefore extremely fragile and vulnerable to iatrogenic diseases, which can also be caused by an inadequate doctor-patient relationship.
Well, from the moment of booking, Doctor Boncoraglio places himself in a helping relationship characterized by hospitality, availability, patience and competence. Ultimately, from what I have perceived, I can say that Doctor Boncoraglio is not an employee, but a true professional at the service of the person-user.
