Rettifico la mia recensione ad 1 stella.
L'azienda mi ha contattata per capire la problematica che tra l'altro è evidente perché la qualità in negozio è scesa tanto e la gestione oramai è pessima, poi è sparita senza mai rispondermi.
Forse l'azienda dovrebbe rivalutare l'organico perché i clienti scappano e di voci in giro ne girano diverse.
Metto 2 stelle per non darne solo 1.
Mercoledì ho acquistato della carne, la vaschetta del macinato era composta da carne fresca mista a carne più vecchia, mentre le 2 vaschette di carne con osso era tagliata malissimo l'osso era in parte tagliato ed in parte frantumato con il risultato che la carne era piena di schegge d'osso, immangiabile.
il reparto macelleria deve proprio essere migliorato dalla base, peccato perché il negozio è carino.

the butchery department needs to be improved from the base, too bad because the shop is nice.

Anche in cassa usano i cellullare e non è proprio una cosa bella per noi clienti.
Ragazzi fate un po' meglio!
Nice shop but the staff, even if nice and friendly, are unfortunately often busy writing on cell phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ultimamente c'è questa nuova gestione il negozio è un completo disastro.
Una volta non era così anzi la cortesia, la gentilezza e la perfezione erano sempre impeccabili perché c'era molta serietà, oggi non è più così anzi l'opposto e anche peggio.
Sempre sporco, disordinato, frutta e verdura sempre in disordine e poco buona a volte con la muffa e marcia e mal rifornito, pane sempre scarso soprattutto nel pomeriggio.
Mi è capitato poi di avere bisogno di informazioni per i prodotti e ben 2 ragazze sono state molto maleducate e anche con poca voglia.
In cassa si sbagliano anche a battere i prezzi bisogna sempre stare molto attenti.
Per non parlare del tempo che passano a fare le chiacchiere invece di sistemare il negozio.
L'azienda se fosse seria dovrebbe prendere dei seri provvedimenti e soprattutto vietare a tutti i dipendenti l'uso del cellulare in negozio perché non è la prima volta che si vedono imboscati in giro per il negozio o sotto la cassa ad inviare messaggi su messaggi con noi clienti li presenti.
Spero vivamente che l'azienda legga e prenda provvedimenti perché il negozio sta peggiorando.
