C	Carlo Fogli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un ossimetro a un prezzo conveniente ma purtroppo dopo pochi mesi non funzionava più.essendo in garanzia mi sono rivolto alla responsabile del punto vendita,che è stata molto gentile e professionale,mi ritirato l ossimetro e addirittura mi ha pregato di chiamarla dopo 15 giorni perché si sarebbe interessata via mail per sollecitare la riparazione e rientro del ossimetro e così è stato, l ossimetro e arrivato con tanto di biglietto con scritto riparato,ma purtroppo l ossimetro non funzionava.al quel punto mi ha rimborsato quanto pagato.purtroppo la stessa cosa mi è successa con cellulare che è stato via ben 2 mesi è tornato non funzionante.soldi rimborsati.la cosa interessante e che io ho chiamato la ditta produttrice del cellulare . che mi ha spiegato che di quel modello di cellulare loro non potevano fare nessuna assistenza che si trattava di uno stock di cellulari e non c erano pezzi di ricambio.... Lascio a voi che mi leggete se vale la pena di fare acquisti di oggetti di elettronica o elettrici presso un punto vendita Dpiu. I bought an oximeter at an affordable price but unfortunately after a few months it no longer worked. Being under warranty I contacted the manager of the store, who was very kind and professional, I collected the oximeter and even asked me to call her after 15 days because she would have been interested via email to request the repair and return of the oximeter and so it was, the oximeter arrived with a ticket with the wording repaired, but unfortunately the oximeter did not work. at that point she refunded me what I paid. the same thing happened to me with my cell phone that was gone for 2 months and it came back not working. money refunded. interesting thing and that I called the cell phone manufacturer. who explained to me that they could not do any assistance with that model of mobile phone that it was a stock of mobile phones and there were no spare parts .... I leave it to you who read me if it is worth buying items of electronics or electrical at a Dpiu point of sale.
