Una vez vencido el contrato, mes y medio más tarde sigo esperando la devolución de la fianza y la compensación de gastos del piso dicen que tienen 60 días para la liquidación de estos pero pasan del tema. No le doy menos estrellas porque no puedo. Se ve que se aprovechan del tema de los estudiantes en Urbino y más aún siendo erasmus. Causa covid non sono più rientrata in appartamento fino a scadenza contratto ovvero luglio 2020.Premetto di aver pagato affitto e utenze anche non abitandoci. Dopo innumerevoli telefonate dove accampavano scuse su scuse.dopo sette mesi mi hanno restituito la caparra non i 500 euro che avevo anticipati ma di 480. Hanno avuto il coraggio di dire che i 20 € li hanno trattenuto sulle spese delle utenze. Ho pagato utenze in un appartamento dove non c ero ed ho pagato di più di quando ci ho abitato. Titolari Dell agenzia sicuramente poco professionali. Lavorare con il pubblico non fa per voi. Un ultima cosa mi spiace per la segretari che ovviamente deve assorbire tutte le lamentele.
