Anche noi a nostra volta siamo rimaste estremamente soddisfatte, dall'itinerario di viaggio realizzato in maniera impeccabile alla gentilezza e disponibilità ricevute. Torneremo sicuramente da loro a prenotare le nostre prossime vacanze. Agenzia TOP!!!! Booked trip to America in this agency suggested by some friends who had told us very well. We too were extremely satisfied, from the impeccably made travel itinerary to the kindness and helpfulness we received. We will definitely come back to them to book our next holidays. TOP agency !!!!

Ogni volta che decido di partire passo le ore con loro a decidere quale metà scegliere e Andrea é una persona che sa benissimo cosa prendere come offerta e ovviamente come località. Consiglio vivamente. Io sono del parere che oggi giorno una persona lavora se, c è umiltà e gentilezza.. e qui ne troverete sicuramente. Volevo rispondere alla recensione fatta dall'utente grazia 81. Ero lì quel giorno e sinceramente se acquisti un volo in un altro negozio e pretendi assistenza in un altro..beh certamente non puoi pretendere tanto..la reputo una recensione falsa poiche non c'é un briciolo di verità.. Grazie ancora alla prossima..!!! Polite people .. with a patience to sell. Whenever I decide to leave I spend hours with them deciding which half to choose and Andrea is a person who knows very well what to take as an offer and obviously as a location. I highly recommend. I was there that day and honestly if you buy a flight in another shop and ask for assistance in another one ... well you certainly can not expect much .. C	Chicco senesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo in questa agenzia da qualche tempo per acquistare i biglietti aerei perché è una delle loro specializzazioni, e devo dire che in effetti mi trovano sempre ottime tariffe e combinazioni. Tanto che ormai non sto più ad impazzire on line. Anche sta volta mi hanno risolto il problema volo per Natale a Catania grazie a delle tariffe speciali che hanno con Alitalia. In più sono anche gentili e disponibili. Meglio di così. Grandi :-)) I have been using this agency for some time to buy airline tickets because it is one of their specializations, and I must say that in fact I always find excellent fares and combinations. So much so that now I'm no longer going crazy online. Also this time they solved my flight problem for Christmas in Catania thanks to the special rates they have with Alitalia. Competenza, gentilezza, disponibilità, supporto, sono le prime parole che mi vengono in mente per descrivere il trattamento ricevuto. Negli ultimi anni ero diventato molto diffidente, anche a causa di alcune esperienze negative passate, ma oggi posso dire che, per fortuna dietro l'angolo c'è sempre qualcuno o qualcosa che può farti cambiare idea. Competence, kindness, availability, support, are the first words that come to my mind to describe the treatment received. In recent years I had become very suspicious, also due to some negative past experiences, but today I can say that, fortunately, there is always someone or something around the corner that can make you change your mind. Ho avuto la fortuna d'imbattermi casualmente in questa agenzia viaggi dove ci sono 2 persone stra gentili e anche molto simpatiche che hanno capito al volo le mie esigenze e il risultato è stato all'altezza delle aspettative, tanto che a breve tornerò per prenotare le vacanze di Agosto. Complimenti, meritate il tanto lavoro che avete.
