I prodotti si trovano in altre profumerie, dove si trova personale sicuramente più preparato e sensibile alle esigenze della clientela. Unskilled staff. Unable to perform a simple trial trick. They resume appointments without favoring customers in any way. Very bad experience. The products are found in other perfumeries, where staff is surely more prepared and sensitive to the needs of the customers.

The order was rude, at my request to have to return a double gift, packed with the whole package, and convert it into a voucher, anyway the prices in the norm.

Abbassate i prezzi che perdete solo clienti così facendo.. un profumo in città lo acquisti a 58 euro.. da loro lo paghi 100 euro... tutto il doppio !! Non va bene... Prices too high for any type of perfume !!! Lower the prices that you only lose customers by doing so .. you buy a perfume in the city for 58 euros .. you pay them 100 euros ... all the double! That's no good...

Ho dovuto io ridisegnarmi la sopraciglia (su invito della makup artist) e dopo avermi messo, in modo molto maldestro l'eyeliner a un solo occhio (eseguito con matitone nero del tutto senza punta) sono stata invitata ad '' aggiustarmi'' e a proseguire da sola il trucco . Mi è stato inoltre richiesto di pagare la base (10 euro) che una volta a casa ho dovuto completamente rimuovere in quanto aveva formato inestetiche macchie. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Makeup experience for a BAD and NON-PROFESSIONAL event. I had to redraw my eyebrows (at the invitation of the makup artist) and after putting me in a very clumsy one-eyed eyeliner (performed with a black pencil completely without tip) I was invited to '' adjust me '' and go on the trick alone. I was also asked to pay the base (10 euros) which I had to completely remove at home because it had created unsightly spots. Vettonia.
