★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa sopra la norma: in passato avevo atteso dai 30 ai 45 minuti. L'ultima volta ho atteso più di 1 ora senza poter effettuare la visita, dovendomene andare per recarmi al lavoro sono stata colpevolizzata dall'assistente (modi molto bruschi). Purtroppo non potevo fare altrimenti. Non mi aspettavo scuse ne tanto meno di venir trattata bruscamente, ma semplicemente d'essere informata. Dottoressa in linea con le altre e prezzi medio alti come le visite private.
Waiting times above the norm: in the past I had waited 30 to 45 minutes. Last time I waited more than 1 hour without being able to make the visit, having to leave to go to work I was blamed by the assistant (very abrupt ways). Unfortunately I could not do otherwise. I didn't expect excuses, much less to be treated roughly, but simply to be informed. Doctor in line with the others and medium-high prices such as private visits.
