La dottoressa non effettua visite e se non avessi insistitito per un antibiotico avrei la gola molto compromessa in questo momento. Cambiata, subito. Il nuovo medico di base mi ha prescritto i farmaci necessari, totalmente gratuiti in farmacia.

Ho come l'impressione, e le recensioni che ho letto lo confermano, che la dottoressa non ricordi bene il giuramento che ha fatto ormai molti anni fa. Scrivo esattamente quello che penso rifacendomi ad un caso avvenuto: un paziente di 74 anni, infreddolito, in anticipo di 5 minuti rispetto l'orario concordato che bussa alla sua porta, cara Dottoressa Cassetta, lo DEVE accogliere con piacere e interesse. È un SUO paziente. Se bussa alla sua porta perché ha un appuntamento con lei, con 2 gradi di temperatura fuori .... con il periodo che stiamo vivendo tutti, lei DEVE aprire con piacere, non si può permettere in alcun modo di ACCUSARLO di aver bussato ribadendo che il suo appuntamento sarà tra 5 minuti. Mi permetta Dottoressa... ma ho davvero qualche perplessità sul suo modo di lavorare. I medici di base dovrebbero essere i primi ad accogliere e dare il giusto servizio ai propri pazienti. Sono convinta che un buon medico si veda dalle piccole cose. FARE IL MEDICO DI FAMIGLIA è una scelta difficile sicuramente, significa dividersi tra tanti pazienti. Ma è stata una sua scelta, lei ha scelto questo lavoro. Se non è piu felice del suo lavoro lasci ...e faccia quello che le dà felicità. Le persone hanno bisogno di sentirsi tutelate, accudire. Mi ha risposto dì sabato e seguito mio padre in un momento difficile…. Chiamandomi tutti i giorni. Stamattina doveva secondo normativa nazionale (mi è stato ribadito da sua collega mio medico di base e dalla guardia medica che ho dovuto chiamare) doveva essere disponibile dalle 8 alla 10. Chiamata verso le nove risponde che è in ferie....senza sostituta e quindi mio marito (suo paziente) a contatto con positivo deve aspettare lunedì per chiamarla sempre se si degnerà di rispondere visto che è senza segretaria, che non risponde alle mail anzi non le ha ...per non parlare che più pazienti mi hanno riferito che non usa mascherina.... purtroppo non ci sono medici di base liberi ...finite le feste vediamo con Uls Unfortunately, you can't put less than one star even if it deserves -2!
