★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i medici sono ottimi ma il servizio e' indecente, da esposto alla ASL che prima o poi faro'. per sperare di comunicare si deve stare ore e ore per giorni interi spesso senza risultato ad un unico numero di telefono che o e' occupato o e' libero e nessuno risponde. non c'e' la possibilita' di stare in attesa al telefono per non perdere la priorita', non c'e' una segreteria telefonica, non c'e' un risponditore che dia una email per eventuali comunicazioni. Sono TRE giorni che mi scarico la batteria del telefono con chiamate ininterrotte per ore per comunicare inutilmente con lo studio.
the doctors are excellent but the service is indecent, to be exposed to the ASL that sooner or later I will do. to hope to communicate, one has to spend hours and hours for whole days often without result at a single telephone number that is either busy or free and no one answers. there is no possibility of waiting on the phone in order not to lose priority, there is no answering machine, there is no responder that gives an email for any communications. For THREE days I have drained my phone battery with uninterrupted calls for hours to communicate uselessly with the studio.

Per quanto ne so si tratta di un numero unico con cui vengono gestite le richieste dirette a una pluralità di medici. Il bacino di utenza è tale che i servizi diventano inaccessibili, a meno di avere la possibilità di trascorrere l'intera giornata provando a telefonare.

As far as I know it is a single number with which requests directed to a plurality of doctors are handled. The catchment area is such that the services become inaccessible, unless you have the opportunity to spend the whole day trying to make a phone call.
