Dico solo che è riuscita a farmi piacere la chetogenica ? (venivo dall'esperienza di un'altra chetogenica e non volevo più rifarla)! È competente, disponibile e taaaaanto paziente: io e il mio fidanzato (anche lui in cura) siamo un po' pesantini lo sappiamo ?... Ieri per la prima volta ho visto la cifra 6 nella bilancia, e devo essere sincera mi sono emozionata... Sono sempre stata in sovrappeso e poi obesa... Non pensavo in vita mia sarei mai arriva sotto gli 80kg, figuriamoci sotto i 70kg... Ormai manca poco e neanche mi sembra vero, la dott.ssa Leoni mi ha aiutato tantissimo ❤️ Ho imparato a mangiare meglio, correttamente e sano: ci consiglia sempre tante cose buone da mangiare ? Prima pensavo che una dieta significasse mangiare solo pollo e insalata, ma in realtà è importante imparare ad avere una corretta educazione alimentare, che non significa un sacrificio continuo. Forse mangio cose più appetitose ora di prima, e per la prima volta in 28 anni sono felice di guardarmi allo specchio e non mi vergogno più. Con la dott.ssa Leoni tutto è possibile ?? Sempre disponibilissima per tutte le precisazioni che i pazienti (anche fuori orario). Sicuramente la più brava di Taranto. ps. l'importanza della nutrizionista è che, oltre a farti dimagrire, ti insegna anche a mangiare e questo è sicuramente l'aspetto più importante che che Stefania ci ha insegnato. Stefania non solo mi ha aiutata a perdere molti chili facendomi tornare in forma come quando avevo 20 anni... mi ha insegnato a mangiare sano, con regole orari senza rinunciare assolutamente a nessun cibo credetemi!! È una persona speciale, la consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno e voglia di intraprendere un percorso di salute. Lei non si fa chiamare "dottoressa " si fa chiamare "Stefania" e questo introduce il fatto che ti mette a tuo agio dal primo istante. Persona splendida non smetterò mai di ringraziarla per la sua pazienza disponibilità e professionalità. Per la cronaca adesso peso 54 chili... da 68 ma la cosa più importante è che finalmente ho capito come si mangia!!
