A quel tempo soffrivo di insonnia e altri malesseri. Essendomi trovata bene ho continuato a seguire gli incontri sulla gestione delle emozioni trovandoli molto utili per riuscire a comprendere alcune mie modalità di comportamento che si riperquotevano negativamente nelle mie relazioni personali e sociali. Il mio percorso di crescita personale con la dott.ssa è poi continuato negli anni durante i quali ho partecipato ai numerosi incontri che organizzava di mediazione e Bagni di Gong. Conoscerla ha significato per me fare un grande cambiamento sia personale che professionale fino a decidere di intraprendere gli studi per diventare counselor olistico.
