Non ero mai stata seguita da una nutrizionista e con sorpresa da subito ho ottenuto diversi benefici infatti oltre alla perdita di peso ho riacquistato molte più energie. Il fatto di avere il proprio piano alimentare su App per poterlo consultare facilmente è molto comodo dato che per lavoro spesso mangio fuori casa.
