★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riuscire a perdere peso nel modo giusto, questo era il mio obbiettivo iniziale, ma ho ottenuto di meglio. Ho finalmente trovato la nutrizionista adatta a me: la Dott.ssa Licia Generali! Si perchè i nutrizionisti non sono tutti uguali, come noi siamo tutti diversi e finalmente ho trovato chi mi ha portato sulla strada giusta insegnandomi a fare la spesa, a leggere le etichette dei prodotti, a capire nel mio caso come mangiare meglio facendomi capire il perchè. Grazie
