Ci siamo trovati subito bene perche lei è stata veramente scrupolosa nel consultare tutti gli esami del sangue (che entrambi avevamo fatto da poco) ed altri referti correlati. La visita è durata circa un ora ciascuno ed entrambi siamo stati veramente soddisfatti delle sue capacità e competenze. Abbiamo ricevuto una dieta personalizzata completamente diversa da quella che ci era stata prescritta da altri in precedenza. Alla prima visita pesavo 124kg oggi ne peso 86kg, la sua “dieta” se così si può chiamare (perché secondo me è più un’educazione all’alimentazione) è stata personalizzata ai nostro casi e ai nostri gusti. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti e ad oggi abbiamo cambiato il nostro stile alimentare perciò siamo dimagriti ed abbiamo ridotto notevolmente la massa grassa. Mangiamo a sazietà e soprattutto mangiamo di tutto (anche pasta e pane). Questa dieta ha influito positivamente sul nostro umore. Siamo molto soddisfatti. Stiamo dimagrendo senza fame, siamo felici!
