Dopo aver girato un sacco di nutrizionisti (che chiedevano soldi giornalmente o settimanalmente) ho conosciuto la Dott Ilaria Odorizzi, tramite uno dei preparatori atletici, la sua conoenzenza e chiarezza nelle spiegazioni minha convito ha provare. A distanza di 1 anno il mio corpo legato alla sua Nutrizione ha avuto un cambiamento radicale. Ma non solo quello, anche l'umore, la ste che za e affaticamento, l'energia, tnti fattori che prima mancavano. Il mio corpo adesso e davvero rivoluzionato(mangiando di più tra l'altro?) cosa di cui avevo molta paura. Ma la dottoressa è riuscita a farmi avere fiducia, e non è stato un continuo spreco di soldi anzi, sono stati i meglio spesi di sempre. Non mi ha fatto solo cambiare , ma mi ha dato anche un'educazione nutrizionale, che mi ha dato fiducia in me stesso e autogestione. La risceglierei 1000 volte ancora. Sono in gravidanza a rischio con Pcos, insulinoresistenza e ipotiroidismo con hashimoto.
