★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano poco più di vent'anni esatti, che non mi affidavo ad un medico per avere un regime alimentare su misura; da allora, superficialità e fai da te, mi avevano fatto tornare sui 100 kg.
Conosciuta la Dottoressa tramite un parente, mi ci sono affidato con timore e diffidenza: non sapevo, in quel momento, che stavo facendo un errore grossolano, ben distante dalla realtà.
Mi ha accompagnato, da subito, in un percorso alimentare e motivazionale preciso, umano, serio.
Personalmente, non ho "sofferto" il mio piano alimentare, perché la Dottoressa, ti educa anche e soprattutto all'alimentazione, (cosa da me sempre ignorata), che ancora oggi sto definitivamente assimilando.
Nove mesi insieme, con risultati sorprendenti; un percorso comunque emozionante, che ricomincerei domani.
Il mio rammarico, è che non potrò/dovrò più andare in studio da Lei, ma Le assicuro, che non la dimenticherò.
Un abbraccio, e grazie ancora; per tutto.

It was just over twenty years exactly, that I did not rely on a doctor to have a tailor-made diet; since then, superficiality and do it yourself, they made me go back to 100 kg.
Knowing the Doctor through a relative, I entrusted myself with fear and distrust: at that moment I did not know that I was making a gross mistake, far removed from reality.
He immediately accompanied me on a precise, human, serious food and motivational journey.
Personally, I have not "suffered" my food plan, because the Doctor also educates you and above all about nutrition, (something I have always ignored), which I am still definitively assimilating today.
Nine months together, with surprising results; however an exciting path, which I would start again tomorrow.
My regret is that I will not be able to go to the studio anymore, but I assure you that I will not forget you.
