Psicologa molto brava, professionale, preparata ed empatica. Ha una lunga carriera alle spalle ma ha l entusiasmo di chi l'ha appena iniziata, e con tale riguardo si dedica ad ogni caso, cosicché il caso in questione diventa continua scoperta e fonte d arricchimento per entrambi, e mai, come invece spesso accade, l' enne-simo caso di quella serie. Le considerazioni utili alla ridefinizione del modus operandi, vengono maturate a fronte di osservazioni da tutti i punti di vista disponibili, tra cui quello del paziente. Spicca per sensibilità, tatto, pazienza. Si fa fatica a non diventarne grande amico, ma è brava anche nel mantenere il corretto e giusto rapporto paziente-psicologo affinché il percorso terapeutico sia il più efficace possibile. Non ci sono possibili recensioni che non la sminuiscano, e forse proprio per questo c'è ne sono poche.

Gentile Francesca, io alla base delle eccellenti valutazioni che le fanno onore, mi consenta di avvertirla a valutare bene i "consigli terapeutici" che elargisce con molta professionalità ai suoi pazienti nel caso potrebbero essere rivolti contro la sua persona, (parole in bocca che non ha pronunciato, voglio ben sperare) verso i famigliari dei pazienti di cui ha in cura da tanti anni, affetti da grosse fragilità, e comportamenti vendicativi nei confronti della famiglia di origine, che inevitabilmente ci rimette... Detto ciò; dire la verità a volte fa male, ma aiuta più che tante bugie per cercare di tranquillizzare... In bocca al lupo, e stia bene...
