★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, nella mia esperienza con la dottoressa ho imparato ad esprimere, con rispetto verso me stessa, le emozioni che vivo, sia quelle che nascono in modo naturale da me che quelle che scaturiscono in conseguenza di comportamenti altrui. Mi ha consentito di non temere ciò che provo..Io credo che la psicoterapia sia in grado di aiutarci semplicemente (e non lo è) a tradurre quel che pensiamo,viviamo : non ha fatto altro che farmi sentire in grado di vivere liberamente quello che sento, sentivo e sentirò. Non posso far altro che esserle grata... :) un grazie pubblico e tanto sincero :D
Hello, in my experience with the doctor I have learned to express, with respect to myself, the emotions I experience, both those that arise naturally from me and those that arise as a result of the behavior of others. It allowed me not to fear what I feel .. I believe that psychotherapy is able to simply help us (and is not) to translate what we think, we live: it has done nothing but make me feel able to live freely what I I feel, I feel and I will feel. I can not help but be grateful ... :) thanks public and so sincere: D
