All'inizio è stata un po' dura aprirsi, ma dopo qualche seduta mi sono sentita sempre più a mio agio. La terapia mi ha aiutata tantissimo a prendere consapevolezza del perchè di certi miei atteggiamenti e a comprendere il significato profondo di situazioni che generavano in me una conflittualità che mi faceva sentire profondamente a disagio in diversi ambiti, soprattutto relazionali. Sono convinta che questo percorso mi stia fornendo la motivazione giusta per il cambiamento e mi stia infondendo maggiore fiducia ed energia. Il passato non si può certamente cambiare, ma un terapeuta può fornirci gli strumenti per guardare le cose da un'altra prospettiva in maniera da orientarci meglio nel presente, in barba a tutti quei luoghi comuni secondo i quali solo i "pazzi" hanno bisogno di terapia. Consigliatissima!!!! I started the journey with the doctor in a very particular period of my life when I needed to find my emotional balance again. At first it was a bit hard to open up, but after a few sessions I felt more and more at ease. The therapy helped me a lot to become aware of the reason for certain of my attitudes and to understand the profound meaning of situations that generated in me a conflict that made me feel deeply uncomfortable in different areas, especially relational. I am convinced that this path is providing me with the right motivation for change and is infusing me with greater confidence and energy. The past certainly cannot be changed, but a therapist can provide us with the tools to look at things from another perspective in order to orient ourselves better in the present, in spite of all those clichés according to which only the "fools" need therapy. Highly recommended !!!!
