Quando la mia lupa Cecoclovacca fu investita, la mia ex veterinaria di fiducia non rispose alle mie innumerevoli telefonate(e nemmeno mi richiamò) quindi, in preda alla disperazione, chiesi il contatto di Umberto ai proprietari della cucciolata, mi rispose subito e fu immediatamente disponibile per l'emergenza, salvando la mia lupona. Da allora è diventato il nostro veterinario di famiglia togliendoci anche la scocciatura delle lunghe attese per il vaccino e visite. Affiancato da Elia, fidato professionista, si è sempre preso cura dei nostri cani, Yuki e Jimbo e la nostra gatta Khaleesi. Lo straconsiglio a tutti perché ha conquistato la nostra piena fiducia e rispetto. I met Umberto by chance. Sa davvero trattare coi clienti e a consigliare le vie più efficaci ed efficienti possibili. Davvero non ve ne pentirete.
