I met Dr. Targon following his course on relaxation techniques, I found myself very involved in this experience and I learned some very useful techniques that can help a lot in times of greatest tension.

Targon anche a coloro che per indole personale fanno più fatica ad esprimere con parole il proprio moto interiore(come è stato per me).la sua terapia si avvale di metodi che permettono alla persona di ritrovare un equilibrio psico-fisico e un dialogo profondo e sincero con se stessi e con chi gli sta attorno.
I recommend dr. Targon also to those who by personal nature find it more difficult to express their inner motion in words (as it was for me) .His therapy uses methods that allow the person to rediscover a psycho-physical balance and a deep dialogue and sincere with themselves and with those around them.
