De Felice. Riccardo mi ha fatto capire cosa significhi alimentarsi in modo sano così da appagare contemporaneamente il corpo, fornendogli le giuste energie per affrontare l'attività sportiva, e la mente, non introducendo nessuna privazione drastica e facendo sì che anche un'alimentazione sportiva continuasse a farmi provare il gusto di mangiare. Molto positivo anche il giudizio in merito alla consulenza per attività sportiva. Tanta attenzione e puntualità rispetto alla corretta esecuzione tecnica degli esercizi, disponibilità e infinita pazienza per quanto riguarda il chiarimento di eventuali dubbi sugli stessi. In the past I have turned to several trainers and nutritionists, however none of them have been able to satisfy my dietary needs as did Dr. De Felice. Riccardo made me understand what it means to eat in a healthy way so as to satisfy the body at the same time, providing it with the right energy to face sporting activity, and the mind, not introducing any drastic deprivation and making sure that even a sports diet continued to make me experience the taste of eating. The opinion on advice for sports activities was also very positive. A lot of attention and punctuality regarding the correct technical execution of the exercises, availability and infinite patience regarding the clarification of any doubts about them.
