L'attenzione e la cura che manifesta nel rapporto medico-paziente , è pari a quella che elargisce nel preparare il cibo durante i numerosi " corsi di cucina " da lui tenuti.
Sempre disponibile e discreto, è un grande motivatore che riesce a mettere a proprio agio infondendo serenità ed ottimismo.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Marco Proietti for several years and, over time, both I and some members of my family have had the opportunity to appreciate his professional skills both as a Nutritionist and as a Chef.
