Seguo il dottor cioffi da vario tempo e da gennaio ho iniziato una dieta che dopo natale ci voleva proprio. Siamo partiti da gennaio con 85kg e sono arrivato ad aprile a pesare sui 69 kg, non sono diete drastiche anzi, posso dire che non ho sofferto la fame anzi avere la pizza il sabato mi rende molto felice. UNICO NEL SUO GENERE. State tranquilli se qualcosa al controllo non andrà bene, il dottore non vi riempirà mai di m*a ma vi aiuterá sempre in qualunque difficoltà possiate trovare❤️ Very good doctor, but above all a very good person, very stimulating and thoughtful in his speeches, in short, when you listen to him he makes you understand that even diet is a beautiful thing !!! Il dottore è sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio e sempre pronto a dare la giusta carica e motivazione per raggiungere i risultati fissati all’inizio del percorso. I started a journey with Dr. Cioffi in September 2020 (and which is still continuing) and I must say that I have never felt better.
