È sempre disponibile e cordiale ma soprattutto tanto professionale. Il primo colloquio è stato molto accurato. Mi ha prescritto una dieta adatta alle mie esigenze sia alimentari che di salute. È una dieta varia ed equilibrata che di tanto in tanto mi permette anche di concedermi qualche piccolo “piacere” che sicuramente mi aiuta ad affrontare al meglio questo nuovo percorso di rieducazione alimentare. Sicuramente la strada da percorrere per quanto mi riguarda è ancora lunga, ma sento che grazie al suo supporto, ai suoi continui stimoli ed ai grandi successi già raggiunti, posso riuscire finalmente ad ottenere i risultati che ho tanto desiderato in questi anni.
