Dopo 1:30h di attesa con un bimbo di due anni ho preferito andar via. La presenza della segretaria è alquanto inutile. Non si è neanche scusata ma si è limitata a dirmi - con aria di sufficienza - di avere pazienza, che il Professore era impegnato nel suo studio e che non aveva ancora iniziato le visite (ergo non era ancora arrivato). La presunzione e la maleducazione di questi “professionisti” mi lascia interdetta, l’umanità, il rispetto e l’educazione dovrebbero essere la base di qualsiasi rapporto sociale e lavorativo.
Altamente sconsigliato.
 I wish I could say that I have had a good experience with the "Professor" but it is not so.
After 1: 30h of waiting with a two-year-old I preferred to leave. The presence of the secretary is somewhat useless. She did not even apologize but merely told me - with a smug air - to be patient, that the Professor was busy in his study and that he had not yet begun the visits (ergo he had not yet arrived). The presumption and rudeness of these "professionals" leaves me baffled, humanity, respect and education should be the basis of any social and working relationship.
Highly not recommended.
