★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scappate! Non offre supporto da remoto. Nell’unico slot concesso di Lunedi per poter contattare il medico (dalle 15:00 alle 16:30) ho effettuato 30 chiamate senza mai ricevere risposta. Stessa situazione si è ripetuta anche in altri giorni. Vergognoso!
 Run away! It does not offer remote support. In the only slot allowed on Monday to be able to contact the doctor (from 15:00 to 16:30) I made 30 calls without ever receiving an answer. The same situation was repeated on other days as well. Shameful!
