★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al Dott. Attilio per la prima volta circa un anno fa, in un periodo duro e nel quale avevo smarrito me stesso, dove le giornate erano caratterizzate da rabbia, depressione, frustrazione e senso di impotenza nel cambiare le cose. Abbiamo iniziato un percorso che dura tutt'ora. Invece di cambiare le cose, credo che la cosa che più sta cambiando sia il mio approccio nei confronti delle cose che mi turbavano. Grazie al dottore sto riscoprendo una consapevolezza di cui probabilmente non ne ero mai stato a conoscenza e sto imparando a dare valore ai miei pensieri e alle mie emozioni, molto di più di quanto non abbia mai fatto prima. Il Dott. Attilio è molto empatico e, cosa fondamentale, ha la capacità di non farti sentire mai giudicato, è aperto a qualsiasi tipo di confronto. Nelle sessioni insieme al dottore ho avuto il piacere di poter parlare sia di argomenti e pensieri importanti, sia di cose più leggere con le quali abbiamo anche riso insieme.
Colgo l'occasione per salutare e ringraziare il dottore!
 I turned to Dr. Attilio for the first time about a year ago, in a difficult period and in which I had lost myself, where the days were characterized by anger, depression, frustration and a sense of helplessness in changing things. We started a path that still lasts. Instead of changing things, I think the thing that is most changing is my approach to the things that troubled me. Thanks to the doctor, I am rediscovering an awareness that I probably had never been aware of and I am learning to value my thoughts and emotions, much more than I have ever done before. Dr. Attilio is very empathetic and, fundamentally, has the ability to make you never feel judged, is open to any kind of confrontation. In the sessions with the doctor I had the pleasure of being able to talk both about important topics and thoughts, and about lighter things with which we also laughed together.
