★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo che un vero professionista si debba presentare non solo con un buon nome ma anche con la puntualità! Puntualità è il primo segno di rispetto e professionalità. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa mi viene detto che il Dottore arriverà a minuti ed invece ne passano altri 20. È la prima volta che mi capita un simile ritardo in un centro privato e lo trovo vergognoso visto il costo di una visita che non ho comunque potuto fare perché, normalmente, le persone hanno anche altri impegni da rispettare e non sempre si può rimanere a perdere tempo un ora. Il tutto senza nemmeno un: "ci scusiamo del protrarsi dell'attesa", che non si limita solo all'ora persa oggi ed alle corse per arrivare in tempo da Rivoli, ma alla settimana che ho aspettato inutilmente per una visita.
I believe that a true professional should present himself not only with a good name but also with punctuality! Punctuality is the first sign of respect and professionalism. After 40 minutes of waiting I am told that the Doctor will arrive in minutes and instead another 20 pass. It is the first time that I have had such a delay in a private center and I find it shameful considering the cost of a visit that I was not able to do it because, normally, people also have other commitments to respect and it is not always possible to waste time an hour. All without even one: "we apologize for the prolonged wait", which is not limited only to the hour lost today and to the races to arrive on time from Rivoli, but to the week that I waited unnecessarily for a visit.
