Nonostante la nostra prima telefonata, vedendo il gatto molto abbattuto, ho deciso di farlo visitare immediatamente visto il suo precedente percorso clinico, essendo una clinica esplicitamente aperta 24h su 24 , nonostante questo, dopo la prima chiamata non ho ricevuto più risposta dal dottore. Quindi verso l'1 di notte mi sono recata presso la clinica veterinaria città di Forlì (che consiglio per affidabilità, serietà e convenienza) , il gatto aveva 41,5 di febbre e poteva benissimo andare incontro a delle gravissime complicanze. Questa cosa mi ha veramente amareggiata, ma per fortuna mi ha fatto conoscere una clinica veramente valida, quindi non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere. Saluti. Then around 1 in the morning I went to the veterinary clinic in the city of Forlì (which I recommend for reliability, seriousness and convenience), the cat had a fever of 41.5 and could very well face some very serious complications. Ho riportato con estrema onestà e senza neanche scendere in dettagli che avrebbero ulteriormente peggiorato la situazione e che non farò nemmeno ora. L'intento del mio commento era quello di far capire che se qualcuno avesse bisogno di soccorso visto che la sua è una clinica che da il servizio 24 ore su 24 non può contare sul suo aiuto. Il 19 Marzo l'ho chiamata una prima volta dove la questione si è conclusa tranquillizzandomi, nessuna clinica è stata nominata, invitandomi a venire l'indomani mattina alle 9 non appena avesse aperto la clinica, fine. Successivamente l'ho provata a richiamare ben altre 3 volte senza risposta (allego foto) perché avevo necessita di far vedere il gatto subito, non il giorno dopo. Detto questo, mi dispiace per la sua risposta, avrei preferito delle scuse dato che qui si trattava della salute di un animale di 3 mesi che poteva andare incontro a delle complicanze serie se non li avessimo dato subito dell'antipiretico. Sicuramente lei mi ha invitato a venire la mattina seguente, ma se fossero stati i suoi ad avere la febbre a 41.5 avrebbe aspettato la mattina seguente?
