E	Enza Lacava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!Ordine bloccato con un prezzo 1 anno prima del matrimonio tutto compreso , 1 mese prima della data chiama la proprietaria dicendo di sostituire la confezione accordata , i bigliettini e vari dettagli aggiungendo altre spese al prezzo stabilito non avendo il materiale scelto che aveva proposto stesso lei, siamo riusciti a portare via le bomboniere con una confezione diversa da quella stabilita all'inizio fatte in modo molto semplice ed affrettata senza neanche confezionare i confetti con i veli giusti di preparazione giusto per rispettare la data del matrimonio . Nessuna professionalità e perfezione . Bad experience! Unica pecca, il giorno del battesimo ho per sbaglio invertito la bomboniera della madrina (che aveva già visto la sua bomboniera diversa dalle altre) con quella di un altro invitato, così ho chiesto di poter ricomprare quella bomboniera (proponendomi anche di pagare eventuali costi di spedizione dal fornitore), mi è stato risposto due volte che mi avrebbe aggiornata una volta contattati i fornitori e ad oggi sono passati quattro mesi e non ho avuto risposta. Ci sono rimasta un po' male, capisco che non ci avrebbe guadagnato molto, ma secondo me non è stato carino perché mi sono sentita presa in giro ed è un peccato perdersi in queste piccolezze visto che il resto era perfetto. Spero la mia critica possa essere uno spunto di riflessione per migliorare il servizio fornito al cliente. Well done favors, Doris very kind and nice.
