La Dorelan è un’azienda leader nel settore, ma non avevo provato mai un suo prodotto che ho potuto testare in due differenti alberghi. A quel punto mi sono deciso e ho comprato un Rising Firm ( 180x190) senza esitare un attimo complice la professionalità del sig. Fabio che mi ha saputo consigliare in modo esperto e professionale il prodotto più indicato alle mie esigenze. Anche i cuscini sono stati una rivelazione. Il suo modo di proporsi è rassicurante e veritiero. Non da meno le sue assistenti Carmela e Grazia, gentili e attente al cliente. Sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto anche perché si dorme divinamente e posso dire a chiare lettere che ho risolto il problema della schiena stanca al risveglio. Mi preme fare una premessa: ho visitato altri store Dorelan, ma in quello al Parco San Paolo di Fuorigrotta è stato amore a prima vista. Ho trovato tutto' cio' nello showroom DORELAN DI NAPOLI (Fuorigrotta) accolta con affabilita' dalla Gent.ma Sig.na Teresa e altre 2 ragazze, Carmela e Grazia, la quale con gentilezza e professionalita' hanno saputo indirizzarmi verso il prodotto a me piu' consono . Doppiamente soddisfatta in quanto ho potuto usufruire della scontistica in corso del 40% per un prodotto completamente Italiano . THE MATTRESS OF CRUISE SHIPS ... Siamo molto, molto soddisfatti dell'acquisto. Il letto ha una struttura solida ed è complessivamente molto bello, il tessuto e il colore corrispondono al campione visionato nel negozio. Ma, soprattutto, siamo soddisfatti della qualità del materasso: il nostro sonno ne ha guadagnato tantissimo. Questa oggettiva qualità dei prodotti è stata accompagnata da un'eccellente assistenza in negozio e nel post vendita, grazie al garbo, gentilezza e professionalità di Grazia e Carmela. La consegna è stata eseguita entro il tempo preventivato ed è stata preceduta da gentili telefonate e messaggi di Grazia per appurare e accontentare le nostre esigenze. Valido anche il servizio di consegna: in particolare, abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità a smontare e ritirare il nostro vecchio letto e materasso (in alcuni negozi che avevamo visitato in precedenza per avere dei preventivi di letti di altre marche, ci avevano negato la possibilità di ritirare il nostro letto, il che, per noi, avrebbe costituito un problema). This objective quality of the products was accompanied by excellent in-store and after-sales assistance, thanks to the grace, kindness and professionalism of Grazia and Carmela. The delivery was carried out within the estimated time and was preceded by kind phone calls and messages from Grace to ascertain and satisfy our needs. The delivery service is also valid: in particular, we appreciated the willingness to disassemble and collect our old bed and mattress (in some shops we had previously visited to get quotes for beds from other brands, they had denied us the possibility to collect our bed, which would have been a problem for us). In short, a great experience, to be recommended.
