Non posso fare una valutazione sulla merce, perché il servizio è stato pessimo:
Entriamo in negozio io e la mia compagna con l'intenzione di scegliere una cravatta, e mentre guardavamo arriva una commessa "robusta", senza neanche uno sguardo cortese e con le mani nelle tasche, a chiederci se avessimo bisogno di aiuto. Le abbiamo risposto che stavamo scegliendo da noi e lei se ne va, seguendoci con lo sguardo, come se dovessimo rubare la merce.
Dopo qualche secondo palesemente infastidita ritorna dicendo, scortesemente,che se abbiamo bisogno di vedere le cravatte dobbiamo chiedere a lei (ma quando mai si è vista una cosa del genere? Alla sede di Milano non funziona così). Insiste dicendo che ha impiegato un giorno per sistemare quelle dieci cravatte (scelte aziendali, ma se assumete personale che prende lo stipendio, mettendoci una giornata lavorativa per sistemare 10 cravatte, fatemelo sapere che vi mando il CV anche io) .
Alla fine le ho risposto seccamente che avevamo capito e siamo usciti, perché lasciare un solo euro a un negozio nel quale il personale è scortese è fuori discussione.
Vi consiglio di attuare una selezione migliore di parte del personale, perché è il cliente che produce gli utili aziendali e non viceversa.

I cannot make an evaluation on the goods, because the service was bad:
My partner and I enter the shop with the intention of choosing a tie, and as we watched a "sturdy" saleswoman arrives, without even a polite look and with her hands in her pockets, asking us if we need help. We told her that we were choosing from us and she leaves, following us with her eyes, as if we were to steal the goods.
After a few seconds, clearly annoyed, she comes back saying, rudely, that if we need to see the ties we have to ask her (but when have you ever seen such a thing? At the Milan office it doesn't work like that). He insists that he took a day to fix those ten ties (business choices, but if you hire staff who take the salary, taking a working day to fix 10 ties, let me know that I will send you the CV too).
In the end I replied curtly that we understood and we left, because leaving a single euro in a shop where the staff is rude is out of the question.
I advise you to make a better selection of part of the staff, because it is the customer who produces the company profits and not vice versa.
