T	The Ultra Deep Field on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 5(!) trousers and one shirt in the shop. I wanted to try the shirt first to check the size (as I did with the trousers) but the saleswoman just said it is not possible. she could see which size I would need. At home I tried the shirt and it was too big. I went back to the shop with the shirt and asked kindly for a refund but the saleswoman just said it is not possible, it is not like in America. Obviously she thought I am from America and I am dumb enough to think that only in America customers have the right for a refund. I did not tell her that I am from Germany and in every other country in the EU where I have been so far a refund for a regularly bought item was possible. At the end I was allowed to select other items instead of the shirt so I bought a belt and shorts which I actually did not want to buy. but still better than having a shirt I could never wear.
