★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Donzella Parrucchieri for a much needed hair treatment after looking for a hairstylist to care for my afro hair for several months after arriving in Italy. I was referred to Valentina by a friend. Valentina and her assistant were very professional and knowledgeable on how to care for Afro natural hair. The silk press was one of the best I've received from any hair salon. I will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have my hair dyed, highlights added and a cut. Although, they were extremely kind they were unable to complete the look requested. I asked at least 3 times prior to them getting started of it was something they could do. They said yes with No hesitation. I had my hair washed 3 times while I was there and not once was a conditioner applied. I cried in the chair and I couldn’t even bring myself to have it fixed because I already paid them and I just didn’t want any further damage to my hair. I wanted it to be good so bad but it just wasn’t happening. They were polite but that doesn’t fix my hair issue.
