★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mille raccomandazioni fatte prima di procedere a permanente, tipo che avevo decolorato i capelli qualche tempo prima ecc.mi ha fatto ugualmente la permanente(") ho chiesto se era sicura perché (mi si erano cotti i capelli l'ultima volta che ci avevo provato )lei ha ritenuto di farmela ugualmente...(chissà come mai !!)il risultato testa completamente bruciata mi si staccano le ciocche una catastrofe sono andata via disperata con i cappelli ancora bagnati e bruciati tipo africana... ha voluto pure che la pagassi !! da denuncia...mi sono tagliata i capelli cortissimissimi ...ma non li ovviamente...superspecializzata con i suoi prodotti unici....ma de che !!! Manca umiltà e capacità di ammettere i propri(gravi)errori..e magari imparare a scusarsi !
