★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'inaugurazione è stata spassosa, tanta gente, musica, giochi e spuntini. Il negozio è molto bello sia fuori che dentro, tra divani cucine mobili e materassi c'è da rimanerci delle ore! Il personale è gentilissimo: tutto davvero gradito.
 The inauguration was fun, lots of people, music, games and snacks. The shop is very beautiful both inside and out, between sofas, mobile kitchens and mattresses, there are hours left! The staff is very kind: all really appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In sede di progettazione e contrattazione presso la sede di Comacchio ho avuto a che fare con personale più che disponibile e accomodante.
Purtroppo, per contro, all'atto della consegna di fronte ad un problema dalla discutibile responsabilità ho avuto a che fare con una persona di sesso femminile dal magazzino di Ferrara di nome L. dall'atteggiamento tutt'altro che risolutivo, anzi accusatorio e mi permetto di aggiungere anche irriverente.
Ho comprato una camera da letto ed era mia intenzione arredare il resto della casa se tutto fosse andato bene, ma non intendo più comprare neppure uno spillo!
Troppo facile accomodare il cliente prima di firmare il contratto.
Mi permetto di consigliare all'azienda di non permettere più a questa persona di relazionarsi con i clienti.
Ovviamente non essendo stata contattata successivamente da nessun responsabile Dondi , non è mia intenzione accettare nessun genere di scuse fatte solo dopo una recensione negativa!!!
During the design and negotiation process at the Comacchio office, I had to deal with more than helpful and accommodating staff.
Unfortunately, on the other hand, at the time of delivery, faced with a problem of questionable responsibility, I had to deal with a female person from the Ferrara warehouse named L. with an attitude that was anything but decisive, indeed accusatory and I I allow to add also irreverent.
I bought a bedroom and it was my intention to furnish the rest of the house if all went well, but I don't intend to buy a pin anymore!
Too easy to accommodate the customer before signing the contract.
I take the liberty of advising the company not to allow this person to relate to customers anymore.
Obviously not having been contacted subsequently by any Dondi manager, it is not my intention to accept any kind of apology made only after a negative review !!!

Ho acquistato un divano nel luglio us, pagando l'intera cifra al momento dell'acquisto. Per motivi personali ho dovuto recedere dall'acquisto... da quel momento ho contattato ripetutamente il negozio ricevendo risposte evasive con promesse di ricontattarmi e farmi sapere (mai ricontattata!). Ho scritto anche due mail su posta certificata (mai ricevuta risposta). Alla fine il rimborso è arrivato, naturalmente decurtato del 30% (non si capisce per quale motivo, visto che non si sono degnati di rispondere), ovviamente su mia insistenza sollecitando tramite frequenti telefonate! Mai più!!!

I bought a sofa in July this year, paying the full amount at the time of purchase. For personal reasons I had to withdraw from the purchase ... since that moment I have repeatedly contacted the shop receiving evasive replies with promises to contact me and let me know (never contacted!). I also wrote two emails on certified mail (never received a reply). In the end the reimbursement arrived, naturally reduced by 30% (it is not clear why, since they did not deign to answer), obviously at my insistence by soliciting through frequent phone calls! Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acquisto armadio a ponte con anta rovinata da giugno 2021 ad oggi 21 gennaio 2022 nessuna risposta dal magazzino e nessuna anta sostituita. Pessimo servizio e pessima gestione reparto garanzie....mobili saldati interamente in anticipo !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale dipendente cortese e professionale, non posso dire lo stesso della dirigenza o chi è responsabile della consegna. Divano acquistato in dicembre con pagamento anticipato. Dal contratto d'acquisto la consegna era prevista per fine gennaio,A metà gennaio mi comunicano che la consegna era stata posticipata a fine marzo. Dopo aver comunicato la recessione da contratto e di rivolgermi ad un avvocato, il divano mi è stato consegnato 8 marzo. Sicuramente non tornerò mai più.
Courteous and professional employees, I cannot say the same about the management or who is responsible for the delivery. Sofa purchased in December with advance payment. From the purchase contract, delivery was scheduled for the end of January. In mid-January I am informed that the delivery had been postponed to the end of March. After communicating the contract withdrawal and contacting a lawyer, the sofa was delivered to me on 8 March. I will definitely never go back.
