L	Luca Solera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato 2 cuscini da divano a febbraio,dopo 1 mese ci telefonano dicendo che il tessuto era fuori produzione,torniamo in sede per ordinare di nuovo i cuscini cambiando modello,consegna prevista ad aprile,felefoniamo a fine maggio e ci dicono che sono arrivati in magazzino e ci voleva qualche giorno perchéarrivassero in negozio,premetto il ritiro dei cuscini era previsto in negozio,11 giugno telefoniamo di nuovo e ci dicono che arriveranno i primi di luglio.se arriveranno saranno passati 5 mesi,assurdo per 2 cuscini,non comprerò mai più nulla in questo negozio. La consegna e il montaggio sono affidati a ditta esterna che non è responsabile della conformità della merce all'ordine e che tra l'altro paghi a parte e non hanno nemmeno il montascale. Mi sono trovata il piano/lavello con le misure sbagliate e ho dovuto adattarmi, pur aspettando due settimane, ad una soluzione non ottimale. Sono bravi a vendere, incassare...ma quanto a correttezza... Prima di venire in consegna dovevate verificate la merce, ma è più facile chiedere il saldo e lasciare il cliente con una cucina che non corrisponde a quanto ordinato. Proprio una grande serietà. Just a great deal of seriousness.

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. avevo scritto un mese fa una recensione (che riporto di seguito). Dopo due mesi altre due contestazioni aperte per la cucina e dai signori "professionisti" di dondi arreda carpi ZERO RISPOSTE E ZERO ASSISTENZA POST VENDITA. Una VERGOGNA assoluta dopo aver speso 10mila euro di cucina. Ci hanno risposto solo dalla sede centrale dondi. Cucina Lube MAI PIÙ!! Recensione precedente: A un mese dal montaggio della cucina Lube devo ricredermi sull'assistenza post vendita a 5 stelle. Ho avuto già dei problemi, al momento senza grande risposta. Non so se dipenda da dondi arreda o dalla casa madre, ma nessuno dei due mi ha soddisfatta e ha saputo dare le giuste risposte con tempestività e proattività. Arrivo, scelgo la cucina, i colori, gli elettrodomestici...Tutto! Passano due lunghe ore, finalmente soddisfatta della composizione arriviamo al preventivo, spunta che la promozione non è più in vigore, ma in via del tutto eccezionale mi attuano comunque questo sconto. E qui arriva la sorpresina decisamente di cattivo gusto e a mio avviso poco professionale oltre di basso livello: dovevo acquistarla immediatamente oppure l'offerta decadeva! Non ho potuto fare a meno di spiegare che per un acquisto importante mi serviva qualche giorno per pensare... E come tempo record mi hanno concesso 24 ore. Lungi da me!!! N	Natalia Zini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debbo dire che a leggere le recensioni su questo sito mi sento in buona compagnia, finché sei al progetto tutto o quasi va bene, il problema sorge SEMPRE al momento che arrivano i montatori, a parte il fatto che a lavoro ultimato ci hanno chiesto una cifra di 800 euro E NESSUNO CE LO AVEVA COMUNICATO, ma ripeto , a parte questo piccolo (sigh ... ) particolare, i montatori si sono comportati come dei DILETTANTI ALLO SBARAGLIO, il tavolo è stato montato senza mettere i fermi , hanno lasciato la cucina sporca di trucioli , non hanno messo il silicone nelle fessure , insomma sono d'accordo con altri clienti che avevano scelto una cucina Dondi , se volete professionalità, andate da un'altra parte, VERGOGNA !!! Alla dirigenza di questa azienda quello che scriviamo noi ex clienti non gliene fregherà tanto, l'importante è vendere, ma alla fine le nostre lamentele daranno i loro frutti ,me lo auguro di cuore, e solo per una certa giustizia, a mai più rivederci. Ringrazio ancora Alice per la professionalità con cui ci ha seguito,nonostante le diverse modifiche che abbiamo dovuto fare in fase di ristrutturazione,alla fine siamo riusciti a sfruttare al meglio gli spazi e l intero arredo iniziale della cucina.
