Medici preparati e molto disponibili, personale ausiliario efficiente e gentile, location con tutti i confort, palestra ben attrezzata ed infine cibo ottimo. Se ne avrò necessità, tornerò sicuramente. Rehabilitation facility, in my pneumological case. Doctors trained and very helpful, efficient and kind auxiliary staff, location with all comforts, well-equipped gym and finally excellent food. If I need it, I will definitely come back.

Ore 9:10 chiediamo al personale, perché non si vede arrivare il medico ortopedico G. ..... Ore 9:15 l'ospedale chiama il medico in questione ma è irreperibile. Ore 9:25. " Ci dispiace ma il Medico oggi non può venire, ha altri pazienti da visitare in un altra struttura" Mi sono cadute le braccia, non solo a me ma ad alti 3 pazienti. Non ho accettato un altro appuntamento e mi sono fatto rimborsare direttamente al Cup. L'azienda Don Gnocchi si merita 3 stelle, solo perché, nella sua struttura NON può avere Medici di quel livello Scadente!!! (come umiltà personale) Medico, ortopedico G. ... Si ricordi che Lei ha preso un impegno con i sui pazienti/struttura e va rispettato, veniamo per farci curare, non per giocare. È scandaloso che nel 2021 con gli strumenti a disposizione, non riesca ad avvisare in anticipo la struttura tramite mail, telefonata, WhatsApp, fax, ecc che non può essere presente. Io alzerei il telefono e chiederei scusa personalmente con i pazienti che hanno PERSO il loro tempo (io personalmente ore di lavoro) attendendo Lei. Il personale della struttura Don Gnocchi, è stato gentile e non ha in parte grandi colpe ma un medico di quel calibro va rimproverato con lettera di richiamo. Voi siete medici ma noi siamo i pazienti NON sagome/marionette. "We are sorry but the Doctor cannot come today, he has other patients to visit in another facility" My arms fell out, not just me but 3 tall patients. I did not accept another appointment and I was reimbursed directly to the Cup. The Don Gnocchi company deserves 3 stars, just because, in its structure, it CANNOT have doctors of that poor level !!! (as personal humility) Doctor, orthopedist G. ... Remember that you have made a commitment with your patients / structure and it must be respected, we come to be treated, not to play. It is scandalous that in 2021 with the tools available, he is unable to notify the structure in advance by email, phone call, WhatsApp, fax, etc. that he cannot be present. R	Riccardo Fracassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la necessità di dovermi avvalere dei servizi fisioterapici presso il Centro di E.Spalenza - Fondazione Don Gnocchi di Rovato per un importante linfedema agli arti inferiori. Sono stato seguito per un anno dal Sig. Marco Bertasi in modo accogliente, sensibile, nonché con grande professionalità e serietà. Personalmente si è adoprato affinché potessi essere fornito di adeguati dispositivi medici specifici alle mie necessità. Contemporaneamente ho avuto bisogno di sedute di fisioterapia pelvica. Sono stato seguito con uguale accoglienza e professionalità dalla Sig.ra Francesca che mi ha riservato attenzioni e discrezione ineguagliabile. Voglio con la presente ringraziare Medici e personale che mi hanno seguito in questo percorso non semplice, auspicandomi che la Direzione di questo Centro, alla luce di quanto esposto, possa continuare nel buon esercizio delle sue attività ed investire sempre nella ricerca. Riccardo I had the need to make use of physiotherapy services at the E. Spalenza Center - Don Gnocchi Foundation in Rovato for an important lymphedema of the lower limbs. I was followed for a year by Mr. Marco Bertasi in a welcoming, sensitive way, as well as with great professionalism and seriousness. Personally, he worked to ensure that I could be provided with adequate medical devices specific to my needs. At the same time I needed pelvic physiotherapy sessions. I was followed with equal welcome and professionalism by Mrs. Francesca who gave me unparalleled attention and discretion. I hereby want to thank Doctors and staff who have not followed me on this path simple, hoping that the Management of this Center, in the light of the above, can continue in the good exercise of its activities and always invest in research.
