★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto assolutamente da visitare, prodotti eccellenti, personale gentile e qualificato. Personalmente ho mangiato il waffle preparato a vista da Francesca, ed era eccellentissimo.
Must visit place, excellent products, kind and qualified staff. Personally I ate the waffle made on sight by Francesca, and it was excellent.

Un'ora per mettere un po' ri gelato nella brioches, la panna la danno pagare 20 centesimi ed è quella nella bomboletta dell'eurospin. Il panettiere che ha fatto la brioches non si sa da quanto tempo è defunto.
Very untidy staff, and not very presentable especially the one with the butler's hair.
An hour to put some ice cream in the brioches, they give you 20 cents for the cream and that's the one in the Eurospin can. It is not known how long the baker who made the brioches has been dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato due desserts: una crepe con crema di pistacchio e un pancake al cioccolato bianco, entrambi con una pallina di gelato kinder bueno che però aveva il sapore di un qualsiasi gelato dozzinale.
La crepe era una, i pancakes erano tre. In entrambi i casi, le portate sono state cucinate sul momento e per questo arrivate calde su piatti di plastica. Tuttavia le porzioni sono risultate piccole e con poca farcitura, perciò reputo che il prezzo (4,50€ l'uno di cui 50 cent a pallina) sia un po' altino rispetto alla quantità del dessert.
In "dimenticanza" del dipendente, ho dovuto richiedere lo scontrino.
We ordered two desserts: a crepe with pistachio cream and a white chocolate pancake, both with a scoop of kinder bueno ice cream that tasted like any cheap ice cream.
The crepe was one, the pancakes were three. In both cases, the courses were cooked on the spot and therefore arrive hot on plastic plates. However, the portions were small and with little filling, so I believe that the price (€ 4.50 each of which 50 cents per ball) is a bit high compared to the quantity of the dessert.
In "forgetfulness" of the employee, I had to request the receipt.

Edit: yes I review mostly negative experiences to warn people, I still have good reviews up. Doesn't matter as an argument from the owner.
The coffee was just very very hot milk in a plastic cup with a shot of espresso. It wasn't even enough coffee to taste it and as I approached the barista he refused to make another one with not overheated milk or give me my money back. You can see from other reviews that this place isn't good. Ciao!
