The quality of the fish is fantastic, of course the price is fair to the quality. Starred first courses, and fairly generous portions. Personale giovanile e molto educato si prenderà cura di voi e delle vostre richieste. Passiamo al cibo, personalmente trovo le portate principalmente di pesce ottime! Materie prime fresche e impiattamenti moderni sono stati una gioia per gli occhi e per il palato. Menù con le giuste scelte di piatti, portate anche di terra oltre che di mare e pizze. La mia esperienza è stata più che positiva direi, mi sono trovato molto bene, ottimo lo staff attento alle tue esigenze, ottimi i piatti e con poca attesa, conto direi più che giusto visto che parliamo di pesce di qualità!! Prenotiamo con anticipo di 1-2 giorni per far sì che possano soddisfare le nostre richieste culinarie (ostriche, scamponi, champagne e astice). Più o meno tutto come richiesto, le ostriche non erano quelle che volevamo ma comunque andavano bene, l'astice era vivo ma canadese e champagne come richiesto. Il posto è molto rustico ed il servizio inesistente. Lo champagne è stato proposto ad un prezzo spropositato, conoscendo bene il settore, ci hanno guadagnato decisamente troppo. Inoltre, su di una bottiglia da 500€ come minimo ci dovrebbe essere qualcuno a versare nei calici ogni volta che terminiamo di bere, cosa che non si è vista neanche 1 volta. Il crudo mare invece è proprio un furto in piena regola. Calcolando l'andamento dei ristoranti in questo periodo, calcolando che eravamo da soli nell'intera sala a mangiare, si sono bruciati un cliente TOP.
