F	Francesco Maiolico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in vacanza alla fine di agosto in questa bellissima struttura, trattati e coccolati in modo impeccabile direttamente dai gentilissimi proprietari Stefano, Tommaso e Franco. Le stanze, tutte ampie, erano dotate di tutti i comfort. Il loft, dove hanno soggiornato i ragazzi, è incantevole. La struttura è dotata di un piacevole terrazzo/solarium e di un veloce ascensore. Il palazzo è situato in una zona centrale e tranquilla da cui si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi sia il centro storico che le varie bellissime spiaggette. A dieci minuti di auto si trova Polignano a Mare, a mezz' ora si raggiungono bellissimi paesini come Cisternino, Alberobello, Locorotondo e le spiagge di Sevelletri e Torre Canne. Vorrei dare un dieci ai proprietari ed alla struttura ma è troppo riduttivo, quindi aggiungo un eccellente LODE. We were on holiday at the end of August in this beautiful structure, treated and pampered in an impeccable way directly by the very kind owners Stefano, Tommaso and Franco. The rooms, all large, were equipped with all comforts. The loft, where the boys stayed, is lovely. The structure is equipped with a pleasant terrace / solarium and a fast lift. The building is located in a central and quiet area from which you can easily walk to both the historic center and the various beautiful beaches. A ten minute drive is Polignano a Mare, half an hour you can reach beautiful villages such as Cisternino, Alberobello, Locorotondo and the beaches of Sevelletri and Torre Canne. I would like to give a ten to the owners and the structure but it is too simplistic, so I add an excellent PRAISE.

Lo stabile è dislocato in posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal centro storico e altrettanti dal mare. I proprietari sono persone splendide , sempre super disponibili e pronte a dare consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Vi faranno sentire come a casa. New apartment, clean, tidy and with attention to the smallest details. The building is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes from the historic center and the same number from the sea. The owners are wonderful people, always super helpful and ready to give advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. They will make you feel at home.

I proprietari, tre fratelli, incredibilmente cordiali, disponibili e gentili. Gente di altri tempi. Il nostro appartamento aveva i soffitti a volta, con pietra a vista. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa, come benvenuto. Oltre a qualche bottiglia d'acqua nel frigorifero. Appartamento perfettamente pulito e munito di tutto. Accoglienza di prim'ordine! Lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici che volessero passare qualche giorno in questa parte della Puglia. Wonderful structure. An entire building, with 6 recently renovated and simply beautiful apartments. The owners, three brothers, incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. People of other times. Our apartment had vaulted ceilings, with exposed stone. As soon as we arrived they made us find a homemade cake as a welcome. In addition to a few bottles of water in the refrigerator. Apartment perfectly clean and equipped with everything. First class hospitality! We will recommend it to all our friends who want to spend a few days in this part of Puglia.

Wokoł mieszkania mały ruch samochodowy i pieszy. Kuchnia wyposażona bardzo dobrze, salon z rozkładaną sofą i telewizorem. Pralka w łazience. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i znakomicie przygotowane na nasz pobyt. Wysoki standard. Właściciel Stefano bardzo miło nas przywitał, służył pomocą przez cały pobyt. Serdecznie polecam wszystkim. Great place to stay in Monopoli. Beautiful, fresh tenement house looks like new. Large and spacious apartment, very quiet in a quiet neighborhood. There is little car and pedestrian traffic around the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. Washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is very clean and perfectly prepared for our stay. High standard. The owner, Stefano, welcomed us very kindly and helped us throughout our stay. I heartily recommend it to everyone.
