Purtroppo con acquisti on line è il rischio maggiore oltre all'affidabilità del venditore. Sul proprietario, Renato, non posso che esprimere elogi: persona disponibile, simpatica e precisa nell'illustrare il prodotto. Purtroppo il colore della consolle non è quello che speravo ma era un rischio che avevo messo in conto.
Purchased console. Goods arrived on time. My problem was having to evaluate the color when buying. Unfortunately with online purchases it is the greatest risk in addition to the reliability of the seller. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto acquistato (Consolle Itamoby Mia). L'articolo risponde pienamente alle aspettative, pervenuto nei tempi pattuiti e perfettamente imballato. Il titolare è molto professionale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Unico neo (che riguarda il corriere) è che pur avendo pattuito (a pagamento) la consegna al piano si è dimostrato poco predisposto. A parte questo sono molto contenta e consiglio l'acquisto.
I am very satisfied with the purchased product (Itamoby Mia console). The article fully meets expectations, received on time and perfectly packaged. The owner is very professional, very kind and helpful. The only drawback (concerning the courier) is that despite having agreed (for a fee) the delivery to the floor has proved to be little prepared. Apart from that, I am very happy and recommend the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una scrivania per mia figlia di sette anni. La consegna è stata puntuale e la scrivania è bella, solida e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.. Ma non è tutto. Nei giorni successivi alla consegna abbiamo notato una caduta di colore su un lato della scrivania. Ho scritto al signor Renato Guarguaglini per rappresentargli il problema. Dopo pochi giorni mi sono vista recapitare a casa un piano nuovo di zecca da sostituire all'altro. Davvero seri!!!!!!!
I bought a desk for my seven year old daughter. Delivery was on time and the desk is nice, solid and good value for money .. But that's not all. In the days following delivery, we noticed a color drop on one side of the desk. I wrote to Mr. Renato Guarguaglini to tell him about the problem. After a few days I had a brand new floor delivered home to replace the other one. Really serious !!!!!!!
