Sono degli autentici signori, educati, discreti, attenti ascoltatori, brave persone. Il Mastro è Giancarlo, che ha saputo creare una squadra in casa, con figli preparati ed autonomi nel giudizio e nelle competenze, ma rispettosi delle sue idee e della sua lunga esperienza. È stato facile lavorare insieme perché i loro consigli si sono rivelati saggi e preziosi e le mie idee, a volte in contrasto con quelle dei più giovani, sono state sempre rispettate e rese più attuali e dinamiche. Ogni domanda ha trovato la sua risposta celere e concreta. Tutto il personale della ditta è serio, puntuale, preciso, disponibile, in una parola professionale.
