G	Giuseppe Coppola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione del cliente, una volta venduta la merce il cliente non esiste più, ho comprato una parete attrezzata, a parte che non chiude bene il cassettone, e una spaccatura sul mobile l anta superiore si era piegata tipo barca, chiamiamo il negozio e dopo secoli ci portano l anta nuova ma non ce la montano perché mancano gli operai, appena verranno gli operai smontano la vecchia per montare la nuova, macché, gli operai non vengono mai, è passato un altro anno, chiamo e richiamo ma dicono sempre di richiamare il giorno dopo, vengono le vacanze, aspettiamo che passino le ferie, ma l anta non regge e cade addosso a mia moglie... preferisco non incontrarli nemmeno per strada... I prefer not to meet them even on the street ...
A	A D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto di essere stato un fesso col senno del poi perché mi sono fidato della loro buona fede ma l'attività è gestita da un avvoltoio che non se ne frega del cliente se non per pararsi i fondelli. Hanno temporeggiato così tanto, fattomi fesso e contento con scuse e mancate risposte, ma così tanto che è inutile anche querelare e mi ritrovo con una cucina rotta. Sconsigliatissimo e una stella è anche troppa: vergogna I state that I was a fool in hindsight because I trusted their good faith but the business is run by a vulture who doesn't give a damn about the customer except to cover up his bottoms. They delayed so much, made me fooled and happy with excuses and lack of answers, but so much that it is useless even to sue and I end up with a broken kitchen. Not recommended and one star is too much: shame
